1. Definitions

To clarify the terminology used throughout this agreement:

• "Service" refers to the Zigyapan advertising platform, including our website, dashboard, API, and ad serving technology.
• "Publisher" refers to an individual or entity that displays Zigyapan ads on their website(s) or application(s) in exchange for compensation.
• "Advertiser" refers to an individual or entity that uses Zigyapan to display advertisements to promote their products, services, or brands.
• "Ad Unit" refers to the specific space on a Publisher's website where Zigyapan ads are displayed.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Zigyapan is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Terms for Publishers

If you are joining Zigyapan as a Publisher, the following specific terms apply to you:

3.1 Website Approval

All websites submitted to Zigyapan are subject to review. We reserve the right to reject or remove any website at our sole discretion. Websites containing adult content, hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or copyright infringement are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Prohibited Activity (Invalid Traffic)

Publishers must not engage in any method that artificially inflates impressions or clicks. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Clicking on your own ads.
• Encouraging users to click ads (e.g., "Click to support us").
• Using automated bots, traffic exchange programs, or click farms.
• Placing ads in a way that causes accidental clicks.

3.3 Payments to Publishers

• Minimum Payout: You must earn a minimum of ₹500 to request a withdrawal.
• Payment Schedule: Payments are processed on a weekly or monthly basis as per your selected preference, subject to net payment terms.
• Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your income from Zigyapan.

4. Terms for Advertisers

If you are joining Zigyapan as an Advertiser, the following specific terms apply to you:

4.1 Ad Content Policy

Advertisers are solely responsible for their ad creatives and landing pages. We do not accept ads that promote illegal products, drugs, weapons, malware, phishing, or explicit adult content.

4.2 Payments & Refunds

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your Advertiser balance are generally non-refundable. They must be used for advertising campaigns.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances or if your account is closed in good standing. Any bonus funds added by Zigyapan are strictly non-refundable.

4.3 Campaign Performance

While we strive to provide high-quality traffic, Zigyapan does not guarantee any specific number of clicks, impressions, or conversions. All statistics provided in our dashboard are considered final for billing purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zigyapan and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our code or design.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zigyapan be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chhattisgarh, India.
