1. Invalid Traffic & Fraud

Publishers must not artificially inflate impressions, clicks, or conversions. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-Clicking: Clicking on your own ads for any reason (including testing).
• Incentivized Traffic: Asking users to click on ads (e.g., "Support us by clicking," "Click to download," "Click to view content").
• Bot Traffic: Using automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to generate views or clicks.
• Traffic Exchanges: Buying traffic from "Traffic Exchange" programs, "Paid-to-Click" sites, or "Auto-Surf" programs.
• Deceptive Software: Using malware, adware, or cookie stuffing techniques.
• Auto-Refresh: Placing ads on pages that auto-refresh specifically to generate impression counts.

2. Content Guidelines

Zigyapan ads cannot be displayed on pages that contain prohibited content. Your website must NOT contain:

• Adult Content: Pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material.
• Illegal Content: Promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, hacking/cracking tutorials, or fake documents.
• Copyright Infringement: Pirated movies, software, music, or streaming sites without proper licensing.
• Hate Speech: Content promoting violence, discrimination, or hatred against any group or individual.
• Dangerous Content: Content that encourages self-harm, suicide, or dangerous challenges.
• Fake News: Intentionally misleading or false information presented as news.

3. Ad Placement & Implementation

Proper ad placement ensures a good user experience and prevents accidental clicks (which advertisers hate).

• No Code Modification: You must not alter the Zigyapan ad code. Do not change the dimensions, behavior, or targeting parameters manually.
• No Accidental Clicks: Do not place ads directly under menu bars, navigation buttons, or "Download" buttons where users might click by mistake.
• Ad Density: Ads should not exceed content. We recommend a maximum of 3-5 ad units per page depending on content length.
• No Pop-ups/Pop-unders: Do not open Zigyapan ads in a new window or pop-up unless using our specific Pop-under ad format code.
• 404/Error Pages: Do not place ads on pages with no content, 404 error pages, or "Under Construction" pages.
• Sticky Ads: Use only our official "Sticky" ad units for fixed placements. Do not use CSS to make standard banners sticky.

4. Payments & Deductions

• Minimum Payout: ₹500 (Five Hundred Indian Rupees).
• Payment Cycle: Monthly (Net-30 basis depending on publisher tier).
• Invalid Traffic Deductions: If our system or advertisers detect invalid clicks/impressions after a provisional earnings report, we reserve the right to deduct (clawback) that amount from your final payout.
• Account Termination: If an account is terminated due to policy violation (e.g., bot traffic), the entire account balance will be forfeited and refunded to affected advertisers.

5. Ownership & Verification

• You must own the domain you are submitting or have explicit permission from the owner to monetize it.
• We may ask for verification (e.g., placing a meta tag or uploading a file) to prove ownership.
• Websites under free subdomains (e.g., .blogspot.com, .wordpress.com) are accepted only if they have substantial, original traffic.
