Refund & Cancellation Policy

Transparency in our billing and refund processes.

1. General Policy

At Zigyapan, we strive to provide the best advertising services. However, due to the nature of digital advertising, our refund policy is strict to prevent abuse.

2. For Advertisers (Deposits)

Funds deposited into your Advertiser Balance (via UPI, Card, Netbanking) are generally non-refundable and must be used for running ad campaigns on our network.

Exceptions for Refund:

  • If you deposit funds but your account is disapproved or suspended without any policy violation.
  • If you voluntarily close your account and have a remaining balance of unused funds (excluding bonuses/promo credits).
  • Technical error: If you were charged twice for the same transaction.

Note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Cancellation of Campaigns

Advertisers can pause or cancel their active campaigns at any time from the dashboard.

  • Stopping a campaign stops future spending immediately.
  • Money already spent on clicks/impressions delivered before cancellation is not refundable.
  • The remaining budget stays in your wallet for future use.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your Transaction ID and Account Email.
