1. Prohibited Content (Strictly Banned)

• Illegal Products/Services: Drugs, weapons, explosives, tobacco, fake documents.
• Adult Content: Nudity, pornography, or sexually suggestive imagery/text.
• Deceptive Claims: "Get Rich Quick" schemes, miracle health cures, or false "Before/After" images.
• Counterfeit Goods: Replicas or knock-offs of branded products.
• Spyware/Malware: Software that tracks users without consent or harms devices.
• Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination, harassment, or violence.

2. Restricted Content

Some categories are allowed but require compliance with local laws (especially in India).

• Alcohol: Only brand awareness allowed where legal. No direct sales links.
• Gambling/RMG: Real Money Gaming apps (like Fantasy Sports) must have proper licenses and age restrictions (18+).
• Financial Services: Loan apps or crypto platforms must be registered with RBI/SEBI or relevant authorities.
• Health Supplements: Must not make unrealistic medical claims (e.g., "Cure Cancer").
• Political Ads: Must comply with Election Commission of India guidelines during blackout periods.

3. Creative & Technical Standards

To maintain high quality on our publisher sites, your ad creatives must follow these rules:

• Image Quality: Images must be clear, not pixelated. Text must be legible.
• No Fake Elements: Do not use fake "Play" buttons, "Close (X)" buttons, fake "Download" notifications, or simulated system warnings.
• Relevance: The ad image and text must match the product on the landing page.
• File Size Limit: Maximum 150KB for banners to ensure fast loading.
• Animation: Animations (GIF/HTML5) must stop after 30 seconds. No flashing/strobing effects.

4. Landing Page Requirements

The experience doesn't end at the click. Your landing page must:

• Be Functional: No 404 errors or "Under Construction" pages.
• Secure (HTTPS): We strongly recommend using HTTPS pages for user security.
• User Friendly: No automatic file downloads, endless pop-ups, or pages that disable the "Back" button.
• Transparent: Must have clear "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy" links visible.

5. Prohibited Practices (Cloaking)

We use automated systems to check for Cloaking. This involves showing one version of the landing page to our reviewers and a different (non-compliant) version to users.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Deposits: Funds added to your wallet (via UPI, Card, etc.) are generally non-refundable and must be used for advertising.
• Exceptions: If you wish to close your account and have not violated any policies, you may request a refund of the unused balance (excluding bonuses). This process takes 30 days.
• Failed Campaigns: If a campaign is rejected, the money remains in your wallet for future campaigns. It is not automatically refunded to your bank.
